In a two run game the Brooklyn Dodgers got by the Cleveland Indians by the
score of 5 to 3.

Brooklyn scored 2 runs in the decisive bottom of the 7th inning.  The biggest
moment was provided by Stan Musial who made the Brooklyn fans a happy lot
when he smashed a two-run homer.  Brooklyn had only 6 hits for the game.

Clem Labine(4-8) got the win allowing 2 runs in 7 innings. Ray Narleski was
credited with his 13th save.  Paul Lapalme(0-3) was the loser in relief.
