Clemente enjoyed a big day at the plate.  He delivered a solo blast in the 2nd
inning, ripped a one-base hit in the 5th inning, banged out a single in the
7th inning and tripled bringing home two baserunners in the 8th inning.
Cleveland kept the pressure on throughout the contest as they scored in 6
different innings.  

The victory went to Paul Foytack(8-12) who went 6 innings, allowing 2 runs.
Chuck Stobbs(9-14) was the losing pitcher.  He allowed 5 runs and 8 hits in 5
innings.
