Catcher Wilbert Robinson touched them all and had 5 RBI and Long Tom Hughes
tossed a complete game at Huntington Ave Grnds as the Baltimore Orioles beat
the Boston Americans 14 to 5.

Robinson was a seemingly constant irritant to the hometown fans as he provided
much of the offense for the visitors. He ripped a single which was good for
two runs in the 1st inning and belted a three-run homer in the 9th inning.
Baltimore rapped out 14 hits for the afternoon.

Hughes(3-1) allowed 5 runs on the game. George Winter(0-2) was the losing
pitcher. He got hit hard, allowing 11 hits and 2 walks in 8 and 2/3 innings.
