Tommy Henrich hit 2 doubles and had 3 RBI at Cleveland Stadium as the
Cleveland Indians beat the Boston Red Sox by the count of 10 to 7.

Cleveland scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning.  The key offensive
moment was provided by Wally Westlake who brought a roar from the partisan
Cleveland Stadium fans when he belted a three-run homer.  Boston had 15 hits
in the game while Cleveland had 12, but Cleveland had the more timely hits.

Carl Scheib(2-2) went 6 innings allowing 5 runs for the win. Russ Meyer
recorded his 1st save.  Ed Klieman(0-3) was given the loss in relief.
