Noodles Hahn had a complete game as the Cincinnati Reds beat the St. Louis
Cardinals by a score of 5 to 2.

Cincinnati came through with the game-winning runs in the 8th inning scoring 3
runs. Heinie Peitz led off and started the attack as he singled. Ted
Breitenstein then uncorked a pitch that was ruled a passed ball. Hahn then
drew a walk. Algie McBride was up next and he reached on an error scoring a
run. John Dobbs came up to bat and reached on an error bringing in another
run. Dobbs took off for second and slid in with a stolen base. After an out
was recorded, Breitenstein then let loose a wild pitch scoring the final run
of the inning. Cincinnati had only 5 hits for the game.

Hahn(3-2) allowed 2 runs on the game. Breitenstein(1-2) was the loser. It was
a tough loss for him as he did not allow an earned run in his 8 innings of
work.
