Stump Weidman pitched a complete game at Recreation Park where the Detroit
Wolverines beat the Philadelphia Quakers by the score of 3 to 2.

The game was decided in the 9th inning.  Joe Quest delivered a single.  Two
outs later George Wood stepped in and he laced a base-hit, and an error was
also committed, scoring the run.  Both teams totaled 7 hits on the afternoon.

The win went to Weidman(1-2) who allowed 2 runs in the game. Ed Daily(1-3) was
the losing pitcher.  He pitched 9 innings allowing 7 hits and 3 walks.
