TEAM RISP- Giants: 4 for 22 Spiders: 1 for 13

Amos Rusie completed the game without help from the bullpen at League Park as
the New York Giants beat the Cleveland Spiders 10 to 7.

Rusie(5-4) gave New York a solid outing. He was reached for 8 hits and 11
walks in 9 innings. Due to a poorly pitched ballgame, scoring in 5 different
innings was still not enough for Cleveland to come away with the victory.

Ed Seward(0-2) absorbed the loss. He was knocked around pretty good, giving
up 10 runs in 9 innings.
