TEAM RISP- Hoosiers: 8 for 15 Tip-Tops: 4 for 14

George Mullin had a complete game and left fielder Benny Kauff had 3 base hits
and 3 RBI as the Indianapolis Hoosiers beat the Brooklyn team by a score of
14 to 8.

Kauff had a good day at the plate. He stroked a single scoring a run in the
3rd inning, tripled in the 4th inning and laced a base-hit bringing in two
baserunners in the 9th inning. Even though they scored in 5 different
innings, Brooklyn was not able to pull off the win.

The victory went to Mullin(5-1) who went the distance allowing 8 runs. Rudy
Sommers(1-2) was tagged with the loss. He was knocked around pretty good,
giving up 9 runs in 4 innings.

No one has been able to stop Indianapolis lately as they lengthened their
winning streak to 6 games.
