At Exposition Park the Pittsburgh Pirates easily handled the Cincinnati Reds
by the score of 7 to 3.

Pittsburgh went ahead for good in the 3rd inning scoring a single run.  Both
teams ended up with 11 hits on the afternoon.  

The winning pitcher was Patsy Flaherty(3-5) who allowed 3 runs in 8 and 1/3
innings. Jack Harper(3-6) was the loser.  He pitched 8 innings giving up 11
hits and 1 walk.

Wth the win Pittsburgh now has a record of 19-16.  With the loss, the
Cincinnati ballclub's record is 15-18.
