McInnis came up to bat and doubled driving in another run. Jack Barry kept
the rally going and drew a walk to load the bases. Two outs later Amos
Strunk stepped in and he drew a walk scoring the final run of the inning.
Philadelphia had 9 hits overall, while Boston had 6.

Byron Houck(4-0) was the winner allowing 1 run in 7 and 1/3 innings. Stan

'I didn't have my best stuff but sometimes you just get lucky,' Houck said,
'this was one of those times.'
