Chicago-Pittsbg provided plenty of action in the 6th inning tallying 5 runs and the 8th inning with 6 runs on 6 hits. Chicago-Pittsbg dominated offensively as they scored in 6 different innings. Tommy Bond(7-5) was tagged with the loss. He got hammered, allowing 13 hits and 6 walks in 8 innings. Everyone seemed to enjoy the performance of Daily - except Boston.
