Pat Deasley had 4 hits and 2 RBI and Danny Richardson went the distance at
Polo Grounds where the red-hot New York Giants beat the slumping St. Louis
Maroons 15 to 9.

New York came up with 6 runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning when they came up
with 5 base hits.  They would hold up as the winning runs.  New York kept the
scorekeepers busy in the 2nd inning when they had 6 runs on 5 hits and the
4th inning which saw them plate 5 runs on 6 hits.  New York banged out 17
hits on the afternoon.  

Richardson(7-0) picked up the complete game victory, allowing 9 runs. Billy
Palmer(0-2) was the loser.  He allowed a few too many baserunners giving up
17 hits and 5 walks in 8 innings.  

New York added another win to their mounting winning streak.
