Jesse Duryea was able to finish what he started and was credited with a
complete game as the Washington Senators defeated the St. Louis Browns by a
score of 15 to 8 at Boundary Field.

Henry Larkin had a big day at the plate.  He doubled in the 2nd inning,
doubled in the 5th inning and doubled which was good for two runs in the 6th
inning.  Washington bats were hot in the 2nd inning which saw them plate 5
runs on 3 hits and the 6th inning when they had 4 runs on 4 hits.
Offensively, Washington was a juggernaut.  They scored in 6 separate innings.

The win was credited to Duryea(2-3) who went the whole way allowing 8 runs.
Kid Gleason(4-4) was the loser.  He was hit hard and gave up 17 hits and 2
walks in 8 innings.
