Bill Hallman had 4 hits and 3 RBI and Jack Taylor was able to finish what he
started and was credited with a complete game as the Philadelphia Phillies
outscored the Cincinnati Reds 13 to 4.

Hallman enjoyed a big day at the plate.  He lashed a single in the 1st inning,
slapped a one-base hit bringing in a run in the 3rd inning, doubled in the
6th inning and bombed a two-run dinger in the 8th inning.  Philadelphia
provided plenty of action in the 8th inning with 7 runs on 6 hits.
Philadelphia had a total of 20 hits for the game.  

Taylor(2-2) lasted until the end allowing 4 runs for the win. Frank
Foreman(1-4) was charged with the loss.  He got hit hard, allowing 20 hits
and 3 walks in 8 innings.
