Earl Moore went the distance and Roger Bresnahan hit 2 doubles as the
Washington Senators defeated the New York-NL Giants by the score of 4 to 3 at
Polo Grounds.

Moore(10-6) delivered a fine performance for Washington.  He allowed 7 hits
and 5 walks in 9 innings.  New York-NL threatened in the 9th but Washington
was able to put down the rally.  

Vic Willis(6-8) took the loss.  He allowed 7 hits and 3 walks in 9 innings.
'I struggled a bit out there today,' Moore said, 'but I toughed it out and we
got the win.'
