Pete Browning had 5 hits and 3 RBI as the Cleveland Infants clobbered the
outmatched Buffalo Bisons, 16 to 6.

It was a good day for Cleveland thanks to Browning.  He clubbed a two-run home
run in the 1st inning, banged out a single in the 2nd inning, doubled in the
5th inning, singled which scored a run in the 7th inning and doubled in the
8th inning.  Cleveland kept the scorekeepers busy in the 1st inning when they
had 4 runs on 6 hits and the 7th inning which saw them score 5 runs on 6
hits.  Cleveland simply wore out the Buffalo pitching staff, scoring in 6
different innings.  

The victory was credited to Cinders O'Brien(5-3) who went 8 and 1/3 innings,
allowing 6 runs. Lady Baldwin(0-2) suffered the loss.  He was touched for 3
homeruns in his 8 innings of work.
