Doc Crandall went the distance and right fielder Jack Tobin had 4 hits and 2
RBI as the St. Louis Terriers defeated the Kansas City Packers by a score of
10 to 4 at Federal League Park.

Kansas City never recovered after St. Louis took the lead in the top of the
7th inning when they scored 2 runs on 3 hits.  A wild affair, this game saw
the lead change 5 times.  

The win went to Crandall(3-4) who allowed 4 runs in the game. Gene
Packard(2-7) was hit with the loss.  He got hit pretty hard, allowing 13 hits
and 2 walks in 7 innings.  

The St. Louis ballclub's record now stands at 13-32.  With this loss, Kansas
