Bob Ewing pitched a complete game as the Cincinnati Reds really laid it on the
Boston Doves 13 to 1.

The Cincinnati fans enjoyed the offense provided by Miller Huggins.  He laced
a single which scored a run in the 3rd inning, doubled bringing in two
baserunners in the 5th inning and doubled in the 7th inning.  Cincinnati
finished with 13 hits in the victory.  

Ewing(7-4) lasted until the end allowing 1 run for the win. Vive Lindaman(6-4)
took the loss.  He was touched for 13 hits and 7 walks in 8 innings.
