In a game at Sportsman'S Park the St. Louis-AL Browns got by the New York-NL
Giants by the score of 7 to 4.

St. Louis-AL took the lead off Jack Quinn in the first inning scoring 2 runs.
Clyde Milan led off and he reached on an error.  Dode Paskert stepped up next
and he reached on an error.  Paskert was running on the next pitch and he
stole second.  Bill Sweeney came up and he would ground out plating a run.
Sherry Magee stepped into the box and would ground out scoring the final run
of the inning.  New York-NL was set down quietly in the 9th.  

The win went to Tom Hughes(4-1) who allowed 3 runs in 7 and 1/3 innings. Addie
Joss gained credit for his 11th save.  Quinn(3-6) was charged with the loss.
