John McGraw cleared three ducks from a very crowded pond with a grand slam and
Sadie McMahon shutout Cincinnati while allowing the Baltimore bullpen a
day-off as the Baltimore Orioles really laid it on the Cincinnati Reds 13 to
0.

McMahon(12-3) looked very much in control throughout the day.  He was stingy
on the mound, allowing just 5 hits and 7 walks in 9 innings.  Baltimore
totaled 15 hits on the afternoon.  

Tony Mullane(6-8) took the loss.  His ERA increased from 3.73 to 4.40 as he
allowed 13 runs in 8 innings.
