Chicago-NL Cubs beat the Brooklyn Dodgers 7 to 2.

Willie Mitchell(3-3) had a solid outing for Chicago-NL.  He went 7 and 2/3
innings allowing 6 hits and no walks improving his ERA from 5.05 to 4.76.
Chicago-NL rapped out 8 hits for the afternoon.  

Larry Pape(1-5) was the losing pitcher.  His biggest problem was control as he
