Jack Cronin was great in relief and Jack Warner had 4 hits and 4 RBI as the
New York Giants bested the Philadelphia Phillies 13 to 12 at Baker Bowl.

The game was won by New York when they scored a run in the top of the 9th

Gilbert was next and he drew a walk. Warner then ripped a base-hit to load
the bases. Roger Bresnahan was up next and he lined a one-base hit scoring
the run. Philadelphia went down without a fight in the bottom of the 9th.

Joe McGinnity(10-6) allowed 12 runs in 8 innings, and picked up the victory.

Duggleby(4-7) in relief. He surrendered 1 run and 3 hits in 1 and 2/3
