Ice Box Chamberlain tossed a complete game as the Cincinnati Reds defeated the
Louisville Colonels by the score of 10 to 8 at League Park.

Cincinnati scored 5 runs in the decisive 6th inning when they had 4 base hits.
The biggest moment was provided by Bug Holliday who made the crowd come
alive when he ripped a single plating two runs.  Cincinnati banged out 15
hits on the afternoon.  

Chamberlain(5-3) lasted until the end allowing 8 runs for the win. Bill
Rotes(0-2) was given the loss.  He got hit pretty hard, allowing 15 hits and
4 walks in 8 innings.
