George Mogridge tossed a complete game at Comiskey Park where the Chicago
White Sox beat the St. Louis Browns 7 to 5.

St. Louis never recovered after Chicago took the lead in the 6th inning
scoring a single run utilizing 2 base hits.  Both teams ended up with 11 hits
on the afternoon.  

Mogridge(4-1) allowed 5 runs on the game. The losing pitcher was Jack
Powell(3-6).  He got hit hard, allowing 11 hits and 4 walks in 8 innings.
