Bill Bailey closed it out for St. Louis as the St. Louis Browns defeated the
Cleveland Naps by a score of 11 to 8 at League Park.

St. Louis tallied 5 runs in the 6th inning.  St. Louis won despite being
out-hit by Cleveland 17 hits to 8.  Bill Dinneen(2-1) picked up the victory,
allowing 8 runs in 8 innings. Bailey was credited with his 5th save.  Carl
Sitton(2-1) was the loser.  He was knocked around pretty good, giving up 8
runs in 5 and 1/3 innings.
