Cinders O'Brien allowed Henry Larkin to rest his bullpen, tossing a complete
game at Brotherhood Park as the Cleveland Infants won in their last at-bat
beating the Boston Reds by the count of 8 to 7.

The game was won by Cleveland with a run in the 9th inning.  Cub Stricker drew
a walk.  Stricker stole second with some aggressive base running.  Paul
Radford then slapped a one-base hit making Cleveland the victor and beginning
a joyous home town celebration.  Despite losing, Boston out-hit Cleveland 10
to 7.  

O'Brien(7-3) finished the game allowing 7 runs in the victory. Matt
Kilroy(6-5) was given the loss.  He surrendered 7 hits and 8 walks in 8
innings.
