Billy Rhines had a complete game and Farmer Vaughn had 2 base hits and 2 RBI
as the streaking Cincinnati Reds outscored the struggling St. Louis Browns 9
to 1.

Cincinnati drew first blood jumping out to an early lead in the first inning
when they scored 2 runs on 4 hits.  That was all the offense they were to
need.  Offensively, Cincinnati was a juggernaut.  They scored in 6 separate
innings.  

The win went to Rhines(4-5) who allowed 1 run in the game. Red Ehret(4-9)
absorbed the loss.  He got hit pretty hard, allowing 15 hits and 3 walks in 7
and 2/3 innings.
