Vic Willis had a complete game and Jimmy Collins had 4 hits and 3 RBI at West
Side Park as the Boston Beaneaters belted the Chicago Orphans by the count of
13 to 3.

Collins was a seemingly constant irritant to the hometown fans as he provided
much of the offense for the visitors.  He doubled resulting in a run in the
2nd inning, doubled which plated a run in the 5th inning, doubled bringing in
a run in the 6th inning and ripped a base-hit in the 8th inning.  Boston
managed 16 hits in their victory.  

Willis(7-4) was the winner allowing 3 runs for the game. Walt Woods(4-5) was
hit with the loss.  He was touched for 16 hits and 5 walks in 9 innings.
