George Zettlein went the distance and Fergy Malone had 2 base hits at
Newington Park where the Philadelphia W Whites beat the Baltimore C Canaries
7 to 3.

Zettlein(12-11) had a strong outing.  He allowed just 8 hits and no walks in 9
innings.  Philadelphia W had 10 hits for the afternoon.  Candy
Cummings(14-13) was the losing pitcher.  He was a hard-luck loser as he did
