George Moriarty had 4 hits as the Boston-NL Braves beat the Cincinnati Reds in
10 innings by a score of 4 to 3.

The score was knotted at 3 after nine innings.  Boston-NL won it in the 10th
inning.  After an out was recorded, Charley O'Leary stroked a base-hit.  Roy
Thomas stepped into the batter's box and he drew a walk.  Danny Moeller then
drew a walk to load the bases.  Moriarty stepped in and he singled giving
Boston-NL the win and sending the home town fans into a frenzy.  The game was
a scoreless duel until the 6th inning.  

Frank Owen(2-1) was the winner allowing no runs in 2 innings. Jim
Pastorius(2-1) absorbed the loss in relief.  He gave up 2 hits and 2 walks in
1/3 of an inning.
