Second baseman Tommy Dowd had 4 hits and 2 RBI and Ted Breitenstein pitched a
complete game at Eclipse Park as the St. Louis Browns, running on all
cylinders, ripped the Louisville Colonels by a large 13 to 2
margin.

Breitenstein(7-12) gave St. Louis a solid outing.  He didn't allow much, just
5 hits and 2 walks in 9 innings.  Offensively, St. Louis was a juggernaut.
They scored in 6 separate innings.  

Bill Hill(6-5) ended up with the loss. He was hit hard and gave up 14 hits and
9 walks in 8 and 1/3 innings.
