Vic Saier smacked 2 triples and had 3 RBI as the Brooklyn Dodgers defeated the
New York-NL Giants by the score of 10 to 4 at Ebbets Field.

In the bottom of the 2nd inning Brooklyn scored 5 runs when they had 6 base
hits.  The early run support proved sufficient for Jean Dubuc(4-5) and
Brooklyn.  That was all the run support Dubuc required.  Brooklyn ended up
with 15 hits for the game while New York-NL had 8.  

Cy Falkenberg(4-8) took the loss.  Brooklyn scored big getting 8 runs off him
in 6 innings.
