TEAM RISP- Ward's Wonders: 9 for 25 Infants: 6 for 19

Jack McGeachey had 4 hits and 5 RBI as the Brooklyn Ward's Wonders ballclub
embarrassed the Cleveland Infants by the count of 20 to 10.

McGeachey was a thorn in the side of the hometown fans as he enjoyed a fine
day at their team's expense. He ripped a one-base hit knocking in a run in
the 1st inning, slapped a base-hit which was good for two runs in the 2nd
inning, ripped a single in the 4th inning and ripped a base-hit bringing home
two baserunners in the 6th inning. Brooklyn bats were hot in the 2nd inning
which saw them score 6 runs on 3 hits and the 5th inning which saw them plate
4 runs on 3 hits. The Brooklyn offense man-handled the Cleveland pitching
staff as they scored in 7 of the 9 innings.

John Sowders(8-1) allowed 10 runs in 8 innings, and picked up the victory.
Cinders O'Brien(8-4) was charged with the loss. He got hit pretty hard,
allowing 20 hits and 8 walks in 8 and 1/3 innings.
