Buck Freeman connected with a 'big fly' and had 4 RBI at Oriole Park where the
Boston Americans beat the Baltimore Orioles 15 to 10.

Freeman enjoyed a fine day at the plate.  He laced a one-base hit in the 1st
inning, smashed a two-run homer in the 2nd inning and doubled bringing home
two baserunners in the 4th inning.  Boston kept the scorekeepers busy in the
2nd inning plating 4 runs.  Boston dominated offensively as they scored in 6
different innings.  

The victory was credited to George Winter(9-6) who went 8 and 2/3 innings,
allowing 7 runs. Harry Howell(3-11) was tagged with the loss.  He allowed
Boston 15 runs in 9 innings of work.
