Pud Galvin had a complete game and Jim O'Rourke had 2 base hits and 3 RBI as
the Buffalo Bisons defeated the Philadelphia Quakers 13 to 6 at Olympic
Park.

Buffalo promptly took the lead in their half of the first scoring 2 runners on
2 hits.  Buffalo had 17 hits for the afternoon.  

The victory was credited to Galvin(13-8) who went the distance, allowing 6
runs. John Coleman(4-9) was hit with the loss.  Buffalo knocked him around a
bit, as he gave up 13 runs in 8 innings.
