Jake Daubert had 4 hits and 3 RBI and Elmer Knetzer completed the game without
help from the bullpen as the Brooklyn Superbas man-handled the Philadelphia
Phillies - the final score was 11 to 1.

Brooklyn set the tone of the game in the first inning as they scored 4 runs on
3 base hits.  That was all the offense they were to need.  Brooklyn managed
12 hits in their victory.  

The win went to Knetzer(2-6) who allowed 1 run in the game. Pete
Alexander(11-6) was the losing pitcher.  He got hammered, allowing 12 hits
