Jocko Flynn pitched a complete game and Tom Burns had 3 base hits and 2 RBI at
West Side Park where the Chicago White Stockings beat the Boston Beaneaters
by the score of 8 to 3.

Chicago took the lead for keeps in the bottom of the 2nd inning plating an
isolated run.  Chicago had many opportunities throughout the game and scored

The win was credited to Flynn(7-3) who went the whole way allowing 3 runs.
