Bob Rhoads went the distance as the Cleveland Naps topped the St. Louis Browns
by a score of 10 to 3 at Sportsman'S Park.

Cleveland wasted no time and took the lead in the first inning scoring 3
runners on 3 hits.  The key offensive moment was provided by Elmer Flick who
silenced the stadium when he tripled scoring two baserunners.  Cleveland had
a total of 13 hits for the game.  

The win went to Rhoads(10-3) who allowed 3 runs in the game. Willie
Sudhoff(6-9) was the loser.  He was unable to control the Cleveland offense
and allowed 13 hits and 3 walks in 9 innings.
