Eddie Cicotte went the distance at Sportsman's Park as the red-hot Boston Red
Sox beat the St. Louis Browns 4 to 1.

Boston came up with 2 runs in the 2nd inning.  That was all Cicotte(7-5)
needed.  After the 4th inning, neither team was able to score.  

Red Nelson(0-4) took the loss.  This win by Boston continues their recent hot
