Cozy Dolan had 2 base hits at Palace Of The Fans where the Cincinnati Reds
beat the Philadelphia Phillies in 11 innings by the score of 5 to 4.

The score was knotted at 4 after nine innings.  Cincinnati won the game in the
11th inning.  Tommy Corcoran hit a single.  Heinie Peitz stepped up next and
he was hit by a pitch.  Bob Ewing then reached on an error.  After an out was
recorded, Cy Seymour came to bat and drew a walk giving Cincinnati the win
and sending the home town fans into a frenzy.  Cincinnati had a total of 8
hits for the game.  

The win was credited to Jack Sutthoff(9-3) who went 2 and 1/3 innings allowing
no runs. Chick Fraser(8-9) was hit with the loss.  He pitched 10 and 1/3
innings and surrendered 8 hits and 3 walks.
