Jake Weimer tossed a complete game at American League Park as the New York-NL
Giants beat the Washington Senators 9 to 2.

New York-NL had 6 runs cross the plate in the 6th inning when they had 7 base
hits.  The critical plate appearance was by Cy Seymour who deflated the crowd
as he ripped a single bringing in two baserunners.  New York-NL had a total
of 15 hits for the game.  

The winning pitcher was Weimer(10-9) who allowed 2 runs for the game. Ned
Garvin(10-9) ended up with the loss.  He got hit pretty hard, allowing 10
hits and 2 walks in 5 and 1/3 innings.  

Wth the win New York-NL now has a record of 46-40.  With this loss, Washington
has a 4-6 record of late, 55-41 overall.
