Joe Nealon had 2 base hits and 3 RBI and Vic Willis pitched a complete game as
the Pittsburgh Pirates beat the struggling Brooklyn Superbas by a score of 5
to 2.

In the top of the 6th inning Pittsburgh scored 2 runs.  The big moment was
provided by Nealon who quieted the home crowd when he slapped a base-hit
bringing in two baserunners.  Pittsburgh managed 8 hits in their victory.

Willis(12-5) was the winner allowing 2 runs for the game. Harry McIntire(2-7)
absorbed the loss.  He allowed 8 hits and 5 walks in 8 and 1/3 innings.
