Frank Isbell collected 2 extra-base hits and had 4 RBI and Doc White pitched a
complete game as the Chicago White Sox topped the Boston Red Sox by a score
of 8 to 4 at South Side Park.

Isbell had a big day at the plate.  He tripled plating three runs in the 2nd
inning and doubled which brought home a run in the 6th inning.  Chicago
finished with 12 hits in the victory.  

The win was credited to White(8-5) who went the whole way allowing 4 runs.
Jack Ryan(3-4) took the loss.  He got hit hard, allowing 11 hits and 6 walks
in 5 innings.  

With this win, Chicago has a 32-40 record.  They have been 5-5 lately.  With
the loss, the Boston ballclub's record is 43-33.
