Cincinnati had the game winning rally in the bottom of the 9th inning scoring

doubled. After an out was recorded, Sam Crawford came to bat and cleared the

The win was credited to Jack Sutthoff(1-0) who went 1/3 of an inning allowing
no runs. Kid Carsey(0-1) was given the loss in relief. He surrendered 2 hits
