bullpen as the Providence Grays(P) defeated the Cincinnati Reds 3 to 2 at
Avenue Grounds.
The game was decided in the 9th inning. After an out was recorded, Charlie
Sweasy stroked a base-hit. Tom York followed and he lined a single. Lew
Brown then stroked a single scoring the run. Cincinnati was set down quietly
in the bottom of the 9th.
