The Brooklyn Superbas cruised to a 7 to 2 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates
at Forbes Field.

George Cutshaw enjoyed a big day at the plate.  He doubled with all three
baserunners touching home in the 4th inning and tripled resulting in a run in
the 9th inning.  Brooklyn had a total of 11 hits for the game.  

The victory went to Frank Allen(3-2) who went 7 and 2/3 innings, allowing 2
runs. Allen got help from Pat Ragan who was credited with his 3rd save.  The
loss was charged to Ed Warner(2-2).  He was touched for 11 hits and 4 walks
in 8 and 2/3 innings.
