Center fielder Clyde Milan had 4 hits and 2 RBI and Walter Johnson was able to
finish what he started and was credited with a complete game as the
Washington Nationals defeated the Chicago White Sox 8 to 5 at White Sox
Park.

Milan provided much of the offense.  He lined a single in the 1st inning,
doubled knocking in a run in the 2nd inning, doubled bringing in a run in the
3rd inning and tripled in the 6th inning.  Chicago was set down quietly in
the bottom of the 9th.  

The victory was credited to Johnson(9-7) who went the distance, allowing 5
runs. Frank Lange(7-9) was tagged with the loss.  He got hammered, allowing
11 hits and 5 walks in 7 and 2/3 innings.
