Brickyard Kennedy delivered 9 solid innings as the Brooklyn Bridegrooms
defeated the St. Louis Browns by a score of 5 to 2 at Washington
Park.

Kennedy(5-15) put on a good performance.  He allowed just 4 hits and 2 walks
in 9 innings.  Brooklyn finished with 8 hits in the victory.  

Willie Sudhoff(6-11) was hit with the loss.  When questioned, Charlie Ebbets
