Bob Rhoads had a complete game as the Cleveland Naps pulled out a win over the
Boston Americans by a score of 3 to 2 at League Park.

The deciding run was scored by Cleveland in the bottom of the 9th. Nick Kahl
drew a walk. After an out was recorded, Flick got a great jump and stole
second easily. After another out, Charlie Carr then ripped a base-knock
resulting in a mighty exciting win for Cleveland and the 3,398 home town fans
in attendance. Cleveland finished with just 6 hits in the victory.

The win was credited to Rhoads(11-3) who went the whole way allowing 2 runs.
Hank Olmsted(1-1) was charged with the loss. He gave up 6 hits and 2 walks
in 8 and 2/3 innings.
