Browns topped the Washington Senators by a score of 12 to 4 at Robison
Field.

Dowd had a good day at the plate.  He clubbed a three-run home run in the 1st
inning and popped a two-run clout over the fence in the 6th inning.  St.
Louis had 14 hits for the game and Washington had 8.  

The winning pitcher was Red Ehret(6-12) who allowed 4 runs in 8 and 1/3
